Updating a Small Business Success Story: Pink Cake Box

Does the name Pink Cake Box bring back any memories? That’s the name of the small business I profiled on Search Engine Land early this year in the first “small business success story” I wrote.

They were already a big success when I did that case study on SEL, and now things have only gotten better. Check it out: This coming Monday, December 8, chef Anne Heap will be competing in a Food Network Challenge. How cool is that!?! And even better — this is her second time competing in a challenge!

Anne posted earlier today on the Pink Cake Box blog about Monday’s challenge, which sounds pretty difficult to me. (But she’ll do great for sure.) The first challenge Anne did was back in June, but hasn’t aired on TV yet. You can also read a bit about that one on their blog.

But wait … that’s not all. Pink Cake Box will be featured on another TV show that airs this month. Look for The Art of Cakes 2: A Marth Stewart Wedding Special on the Style Network. It airs December 16th at 9:00 pm.

How awesome is that!?!
