GetListed Local University hits Minneapolis/St. Paul next week, and there’s still time to register with the early-bird discount. More on that below. First, a little background on GLU Twin-Cities.

The workshop happens next Thursday, May 13th in Edina, MN, with two identical half-day seminars planned to teach small businesses how to increase visibility and do better business via local search. I’m one of a handful of speakers on the schedule, along with GetListed.org co-founder David Mihm, plus Mike Blumenthal, Mary Bowling, Ed Reese, and Minnesota’s own Aaron Weiche. Reps from Google Local and Bing Local will also be speaking and answering audience questions about their local marketing tools for small business owners.

The workshop costs $129, but you can use the coupon code “mcgee2010” to register for only $89. Don’t delay, because space in each session is limited to only 200 people and this event is being promoted heavily in the Twin Cities area.
