getlisted UKGood news for local business owners in the UK: GetListed.org has launched a beta version specifically for the UK market. GetListed.org is a terrific tool that helps small business owners find and claim their listings on the primary local search engines.

As David Mihm’s blog post explains, the UK beta version of GetListed works with four engines — Google Places, Qype, Yelp, and Hotfrog — with more to be added soon. There’s also an additional page with links and information about other UK local search engines/directories.

The US version of GetListed is still available at getlisted.org, and David says they’ll be launching more non-US versions over the next few months.
