This Explains My Recent Health Problems

At the ad:tech conference last month, I had the pleasure of doing another interview with Abby Johnson of WebProNews — this one was about local search, about Google showing local results on non-local searches, and even about news search a bit, too.

Coincidentally, my right shoulder has been bothering me for some time now. I assumed it was related to the protruding disk that was diagnosed about 5-6 years ago and flares up 2-3 times a year. But no. Apparently this pain was caused by the constant arm motion I made during this interview. Yes, it’s that noticeable. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. (I really need to lose weight, too. Sheesh. No more video interviews for me until I do.)

I guess King Felix has nothing to worry about from you…feel better :.)

Nice interview, Matt. Way more concise than I was able to be in a podcast this week 🙂

Hope you feel better soon, Matt. I thought you did really well in the interview. I know though, it can be excruciating to see one’s self on film, or even to hear one’s voice. We are more critical of ourselves than others are. Don’t worry! You did just fine. Good stuff.

Thx guys. I usually don’t mind at all seeing myself on camera — made a living doing that for 7+ years. But I was much thinner then. And didn’t constantly move my arm. 🙂
