Up in Nova Scotia, Canada today and saw your post. Our family business has been in the game of getting small/medium sized businesses online for over 12 years. If given the right support - they learn quick! My feeling is the tide is turning. It's an exciting time for small businesses with local.com, superpages.com, Google Maps and Yahoo! Local. The industry just needs more dynamic businesses who'll help them get there and take advantage of the opportunity.
