SBMU Returns by Popular Demand

Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure the original plan was to do another Small Business Marketing Unleashed conference next year, probably around a year after the first one wrapped up last month in Houston. Then this happened: Robert, Jennifer, Rachel, Vickie, and the whole gang hit an absolute home run with SBMU #1. (You may remember my conference review: “The small business owners who were there just spent the best $1,000 of their business lives.”)

So, back by popular demand is Small Business Marketing Unleashed #2, which will take place September 22 and 23 in Columbus, Ohio. What’s different? How about two more speakers, two more sessions, and seven more workshops. Oh, and a more affordable early-bird registration fee of only $750. Yowza! What’s the same? Just the best stuff: great speakers (and me, too), great material, and personal attention (attendance is limited to 100 people).

Me? I’ll be presenting the SEO Success Pyramid during the opening session and doing the Local Search Workshop on Day 2, just like in Houston. And Jennifer bribed me into doing another Day 2 workshop titled “What To Do on Your 40th Birthday in Columbus” … err, wait a sec … “Free and Low Cost Tools to Get the Job Done.”

  1. I should be there Matt!

  2. Hmm…maybe I should plan all SBMU conferences to coincide with a speaker’s birthday.

Liana’s birthday was two days before Houston Unleashed and my birthday was the night before Houston Unleashed.

We can continue the tradition. 🙂

Thanks for the plug Matt and for agreeing to come back! We’ve been working hard to make sure this show is even better than the last!
