They are knowledgeable and they have a pretty good idea of what they want and don't want. They are armed with lots of local data (sometime erroneous) but they are eager to learn and make a good deal. A lot of our clients are considering buying a bank-owned home that needs improvments. Our clients are coming with their 2.0 knowledge and they want a greener home when its all done.
