		<description>Well, unless I&#039;m misunderstanding what you want, you can do the first, just click on the red X in the top right of the image.  Just make sure that you really want to remove their picture, as there&#039;s no undo feature.  As for the latter, aren&#039;t you the only one that can see that &#039;recent visitors&#039; list?</description>
