		<description>Well, unless I'm misunderstanding what you want, you can do the first, just click on the red X in the top right of the image.  Just make sure that you really want to remove their picture, as there's no undo feature.  As for the latter, aren't you the only one that can see that 'recent visitors' list?</description>
