I just want to let you know the cafe at queensgate does have a web site and as the owner of the cafe I do pay attention to reviews and comments from my customers which will help my business.

I’ve been amazed myself at just how little most small business owners know about their online reputation. I’ve been attending networking sessions and seminars for small businesses and meeting a ton of entrepreneurs, and invariably I find them looking at me with a “what the hell is this guy talking about” face on as I explain how Google ranks websites and local listings.

I agree – we’ve got a long way to go. With small businesses especially. Got to see that as an opportunity.
