It’s essentially an encouragement to small business owners to give thought to the next permanent employee you hire. I’ve worked with so many clients (of all sizes) that just didn’t have the necessary people on staff to do the things that were recommended during our SEO/marketing consulting. A small business could really go far these days if it had someone on staff who meets the criteria I lay out in the article: the ability to write, to network, and to do public relations.
