God, Christmas products in August…I haven’t seen it yet this year, but I did see it a couple of years back.
It was all clearance stuff from the previous year but, still, Christmas should not be on the shelves until after Halloween!
Having said that, it really is already time to start thinking about holiday-related SEO. Start now, and you might be able to stay ahead of the pack when the holidays do arrive.

I agree with you, Adam - they should wait until November, at least. But they won’t. Let me know if you see a store in your area with holiday stuff. Costco is usually the first one in my area…..
