I was quite happy a few weeks ago when I looked at the Search Engine Land columnists’ calendar and saw that my next “Small Is Beautiful” column would be published on Valentine’s Day. Any time you publish on a holiday or special event, you pretty much have a free pass to write a cheesy article and get to skip the monthly What on earth am I going to write about next? quandary.
