I think GOOGLE gives more exposure to land line phone numbers versus cell phone numbers.
Thus giving some of us a better chance for ranking than others.

Thanks Matt. One thing I did learn is that changing your address has a negative impact on your google local listing. I moved my company recently and used to show up in the top google local placement. It does not show up in the top placement now however hopefully it will eventually be rectified.
