Time for some year-end fun: It’s the 2nd Annual Search Quiz! And this year, the quiz is twice as long, twice as tough, and the winner’s prize is twice as big. Don’t remember last year? Well, it was an 11-question quiz and the super-smart Tamar Weinberg won a $25 Amazon gift certificate.
This year? The quiz is 21 questions and the winner will get his/her choice of a $50 Amazon.com or iTunes (U.S.), or $50 via Paypal. Read the following instructions carefully, because this quiz is difficult and you’ll need all the help you can get.
Here’s How It Works
1.) There are 21 multiple-choice questions.
2.) The clock starts ticking as soon as you click the link below.
3.) As soon as you get one wrong, the quiz is over for you.
4.) One entry per person. (Duh.)
5.) The winner will be the person who gets the most questions correct in the shortest period of time. (If there’s still a tie, the winner will be the … I don’t know … maybe the person who has linked to this blog the most, or something like that.)
6.) The winner will get a hearty congratulations on this blog, a link, and his/her choice of:
a) a $50 iTunes gift certificate (U.S. store only), or
b) a $50 Amazon.com gift certificate, or
c) $50 cash money via Paypal
6.) The quiz will remain open until late Wednesday evening, U.S. Pacific time.
Sound Fun?
If so … TAKE THE QUIZ!

If you get through the whole quiz, you may have gotten the last question wrong. The “end of quiz” page is the same as the “you got one wrong” page, so you wouldn’t know on the final question. But if you reached the last question, you got the first 20 correct.
