10 Questions … with moi

In an attempt to score a free, R/T Hawaiian vacation, I agreed to chat this week with Honolulu’s own Matt Webb. Matt gets the inbound link, he’s getting home page exposure on Sphinn, and me? No trip to Hawaii, after all. (sigh)
Seriously, Matt gave me a chance to think and talk about something that’s been on my mind lately — a client’s commitment to search marketing:
No matter how much or how little money you have, how much time you have, and so forth, if you’re not committed to the process, you have no chance to succeed. Search engine success doesn’t happen by accident; it’s not something anyone stumbles onto. Maybe years ago that was possible, but there’s too much competition at all levels and in all industries now.
